Role: Solution Architect
Location: Plano, TX-Hybrid Role 3 Days a week
Duration: 12+ Month

Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years in a Solution Architect or Lead Architect role.
- Proven experience working in an agile, squad-based development environment across multiple teams/products.
- Demonstrable experience in identifying bottlenecks process and implementing solutions for continuous improvement in software delivery.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of modern architectural patterns (e.g., Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, APIs, Cloud-Native).
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript and its associated frameworks are required.
- Extensive experience with AWS cloud platform, including serverless, containers, and data services.
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Familiarity with various database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $65-70. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
