Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Infor Syteline Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead a critical security role redesign project within our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Syteline Version 10, a strong understanding of enterprise security protocols, and a proven track record of managing complex ERP projects.

Syteline Expertise:
- Analyze existing security roles and permissions in Syteline V10.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current configurations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance security and access controls.
- Design, test, and deploy refined security roles aligned with best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data protection standards and internal access policies.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of the redesign process, including policies and procedures.
- Deliver regular progress reports to project sponsors and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
- 9+ years of experience working with Infor Syteline ERP systems, with deep expertise in Version 10.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise security standards and access management best practices.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex ERP projects, especially those involving security redesign.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in user training and documentation development.
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP).
- Experience with other ERP systems or complementary technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
