Duration: ~ 6 Months

In this role, you'll help move opportunities from intake through approvals and launch, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and efficient onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities:- Support end-to-end vendor and merchant onboarding for debit offers, incentives, and events
- Coordinate opportunities from intake through approvals, onboarding, and launch readiness
- Partner with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, operations, legal, risk, compliance, and analytics
- Serve as a point of coordination for external vendors and merchants, aligning on timelines and deliverables
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies using Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Maintain visibility into pipeline status, blockers, and readiness
- Support standardized onboarding processes, documentation, and communications
- Prepare summaries, reporting materials, and leadership updates
- Review performance data (engagement, redemption, usage) to support prioritization and decisions
- Track action items and ensure follow-through across teams
Qualifications:- Experience in vendor/merchant onboarding, operations, or partnership management (payments, loyalty, or related programs preferred)
- Familiarity working with cross-functional stakeholders including legal, risk, compliance, and operations
- Strong experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools
- Ability to interpret data and support data-driven decision making
- Strong organizational and execution skills with attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Nice to Have:- Experience in payments, debit/credit card programs, or fintech
- Background working with vendors, merchants, or payment partners
- Familiarity with enterprise onboarding, compliance, and governance processes
- Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-ready materials
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $50.00 and $63.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
