Location: Charlotte, NC - 550 S Tryon St (5 Days Onsite)
Duration: 18 Months Contract (Potential conversion to Full-Time based on performance)

Role Summary We are seeking a hands-on AV / Video Conferencing Support Engineer to provide white-glove support for enterprise conference room technologies and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) environments. The ideal candidate will support executive-level users, troubleshoot AV and conferencing systems, and assist with Cisco-to-Microsoft Teams Room migrations across multiple office locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for conference rooms, AV systems, and video conferencing technologies
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
- Support Microsoft Teams Admin Center and Call Quality Dashboard (CQD)
- Assist with migration of Cisco conference rooms to Microsoft Teams Rooms
- Support conferencing platforms including Cisco Control Hub
- Troubleshoot AV equipment, displays, conferencing devices, and room hardware
- Monitor and troubleshoot performance using tools such as Thousand Eyes
- Deliver white-glove support to executives and business users
- Support occasional after-hours or weekend maintenance activities
- Travel between multiple Charlotte office locations as needed
Required Skills
- Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Admin Center
- Experience with Call Quality Dashboard (CQD)
- AV and video conferencing troubleshooting experience
- Experience with Cisco Control Hub
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Enterprise IT support experience
- Ability to work onsite full-time
Preferred Skills
- Experience with large-scale conference room deployments or migrations
- Knowledge of ThousandEyes or observability tools
- Experience supporting Cisco and Microsoft Teams hybrid conferencing environments

Pay Range: $40 - $42
