Lead Full-Stack Developer / Architect (Technical Anchor)
Responsibilities
Architect and deliver an end-to-end prototype spanning web/mobile UI and backend APIs, ensuring security, scalability, and rapid iteration.
Design and implement cloud-native architecture in Azure Government, including secure networking, identity/access controls, logging, and audit trails for PII-heavy workflows.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast releases, automated testing, and repeatable deployments across environments.
Lead integration patterns and data flows (APIs, ETL/Reverse-ETL where needed) to support EPS interoperability, including downstream alignment with BTFA disbursement processes.
Partner with product, UX, and stakeholders in an Agile prototyping model translating requirements into working software and iterating with executive feedback.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience delivering full-stack solutions (modern web UI + backend services/APIs), including designing scalable architectures.
Demonstrated experience with Azure Government (or comparable regulated cloud) and implementing security controls for PII-heavy systems.
Strong DevOps background: CI/CD, infrastructure automation, test automation, and release management in fast-paced delivery cycles.
Prior experience with mission-critical federal systems (case management/adjudication, trust/financial/asset-centric platforms strongly preferred).
Comfortable leading technical decisions, documenting trade-offs, and influencing teams/stakeholders in a high-visibility, accelerated delivery environment.
