Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including user account management, licensing, and collaboration tools.
Experience supporting end-user hardware and peripherals, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
Familiarity with network technologies such as VPNs, firewalls, wireless networking, and switch-based infrastructure.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across hardware, software, access management, and connectivity in a fast-paced environment.
