Sr Business Analyst Payroll Financial Technology

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Doral, FL that is currently looking for a contractor Senior Business Analyst Payroll Financial Technology (Project Coordinator), for a project related to the Dayforce Payroll System.

Job Summary:
The Senior Business Analyst Payroll Financial Technology (Project Coordinator) is responsible for documenting business requirements & documenting business processes for the projects assigned. This role will also assist with any project tasks that might be assigned, such as testing, change management, training, coordination, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years within the Dayforce Payroll system environment - projects, implementations, administration, support, processing
* Proven experience in designing, documenting, and optimizing requirements & business processes, understanding operational workflows
* Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio or similar visual diagramming tool, use of AI/LLM
* Knowledge of SharePoint pages creation and PowerApps and PowerAutomate is a plus
* Proficient in Payroll and Information Systems methodologies, tools, best practices, processes and controls

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
