responsibilities:
- Report Development: Design, build, and maintain high-impact Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into business performance.
- Data Preparation: Clean, transform, and model data from various sources using Power Query and ETL best practices to ensure a "single source of truth."
- Collaborative Analysis: Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into technical data solutions.
- Advanced Analytics: Create complex custom calculations, measures, and metrics using DAX to support deep-dive analysis.
- Database Management: Utilize SQL to query relational databases and manage large, complex datasets.
- Visualization Design: Apply best-in-class visualization principles to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for non-technical users.
- Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to identify trends and opportunities for operational efficiency.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related quantitative field.
- Professional experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Strong experience with SQL for database querying and Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Query).
- Proven ability to handle large datasets and complex data structures using DAX.
