Position Summary
This role supports finance system initiatives by executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation, documentation, and coordination activities. The objective is to enable Finance SMEs and business leads to focus on strategy and design by owning testing execution, results documentation, and issue follow-up. The role partners closely with Core Finance, Finance PMO, and Engineering teams across system implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Systems & Issue Management
- Investigate and document system issues; support cross-functional resolution
- Partner with Finance leads to track and communicate status
- Assist in identifying end-to-end defects and discrepancies
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Validation
- Prepare for and execute UAT (test scenarios, results documentation)
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and cross-system comparisons
- Identify, document, and escalate defects and process gaps
- Maintain test evidence (screenshots, logs, supporting documentation)
- Support regression testing and post-deployment validation
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Consolidate inputs into clear, actionable documentation
- Maintain testing repositories and project artifacts
Project & Operational Support
- Support roadmap coordination, project tracking, and status reporting
- Assist with finance testing and ad hoc operational needs

Qualifications
Required
- 5–8+ years in finance systems, ERP support, or related roles
- Experience supporting large, cross-functional projects
- Familiarity with finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C)
- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and issue analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Preferred
- UAT, SIT, or ERP implementation experience
- Experience with tools such as Jira, SFDC, Confluence, or ServiceNow
- SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, SAC) experience
- Finance transformation or process improvement experience
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
