This position is for a Pega Application Developer responsible for designing and developing complex requirements to accomplish business goals. The role involves ensuring software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. The developer will ensure solutions are well-designed with maintainability, ease of integration, and testing built-in from the outset. This position requires proficiency in development and testing practices and experience using design and architectural patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex requirements to meet business objectives.
- Ensure software solutions are well-designed, maintainable, and easily integrated.
- Develop software that meets all functional, non-functional, and compliance standards.
- Work independently with minimal supervision to deliver solutions.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills and technical judgment to overcome challenges.
- Participate in an Agile development environment.
Required Qualifications
Experience: More than 3 years of hands-on development experience in PEGA.
Technical Skills: CSSA certification in PEGA 7.X or later is required. The primary skill is Pega / PegaRules Process Commander (PRPC).
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on development experience in PEGA 8.X.
Work Environment
This role has a hybrid schedule requirement, with a minimum of three days per week onsite in Charlotte, NC, starting from day one.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $60.00 to $65.06 per hour. Please note that this pay range is a good faith estimate that may be impacted by several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. The bill rate range for this position is $8.00 to $92.39 per hour.
