Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to oversee product planning and execution for key service offerings. This role involves defining the product vision, gathering customer requirements, and collaborating with engineering, marketing, and support teams. The objective is to ensure financial and customer satisfaction goals are met while managing relationships with key vendors and supporting the company's overall strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap for the Microsoft 365 family of products.
- Gather, represent, and prioritize the needs and requirements of a wide variety of customers.
- Deliver requirements documents with prioritized features and justifications.
- Drive new product enhancements and updates through the development lifecycle.
- Ensure service adoption forecasts are met and perform product demonstrations for customers.
- Understand and manage the costs and financial levers that impact the product.
- Propose an overall budget and secure funding to meet key goals.
- Develop core positioning and messaging for the product across various marketing campaigns.
- Deliver monthly metrics, including volumes, savings, and expenses with forecasts.
- Run beta and proof-of-concept programs with early-stage products.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years as an Information Technology professional, with at least 7+ years in Product Management. Demonstrated success in defining and launching products, with experience in a high-volume production organization. Experience working in a highly regulated financial institution is preferred.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft products (Microsoft 365 and SCCM), software deployment processes, and software lifecycle processes. Proficiency working with large data sets using Excel and SQL. Familiarity with JIRA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Product Management Certification.
- Six Sigma knowledge and achievement.
- ITSM experience.
- A strong technical background.
