In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Information Security Engineering. You will review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, and larger-scale Information Security Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Your contributions will help resolve complex situations by applying a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain business process documentation for security initiatives.
- Develop and edit business communications, reports, and documentation.
- Manage and maintain Confluence pages and documentation repositories.
- Utilize Jira for task tracking, project coordination, and workflow visibility.
- Prepare meeting materials including presentations, notes, and summaries.
- Support testing coordination efforts, including documentation and tracking of outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional security, technology, and business teams.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and documentation standardization.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
Technical Skills: Strong business process documentation and business writing/editing skills. Experience with Confluence for content creation and maintenance, and proficiency with Jira.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow, particularly dashboard or knowledge creation.
- Experience coordinating testing efforts and documenting results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience creating presentation materials and voice-overs.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a security environment.
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated pay rate for this position is $69.00/hr to $74.00/hr. The contract length is approximately 9 months.
