Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Data Migration Project Leader.

Summary:
The Data Migration Workstream Lead will work closely with and support the Project Meridian Data Migration Leader, by coordinating data migration activities across all functional workstreams (Finance/FICO, OTC, P2P, HR/Payroll, MDG). This is primarily a coordination and tracking role - the individual will serve as the connective tissue between workstream teams, ensuring alignment, visibility, and progress.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and maintain the Data Migration Runbook for each wave in partnership with workstream teams, including cutover sequencing, system freeze windows, and delta validation procedures
* Facilitate scope alignment decisions for historical data migration vs. archival across workstreams, in compliance with regional requirements (GDPR, SOX, local statutory)
* Track and communicate migration activities across all modules (OTC/BRIM, FICO, P2P, HR, Master Data) against the overall program plan and wave deployment schedule
* Reinforce data migration principles across workstream teams: clean before you move, migrate only what's needed, and data drives process readiness
* Coordinate across all mock migration cycles (3 mocks per wave), tracking progress from Mock 1 through Mock 3 and ensuring workstream teams are on pace toward =98% success rate targets at production cutover
* Monitor status of the Finance data migration (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank, CO, Project Systems) across 94 company codes, flagging risks and blockers to the Data Migration Leader
* Coordinate master data migration activities with the MDG team, tracking Business Partner conversions, cost centers, and profit centers
* Maintain and update the centralized migration dashboard, ensuring real-time visibility into progress, success rates, and open issues across all workstreams

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP data migration program coordination or project management, with exposure to at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA migration
* Solid understanding of SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO, PS) and OTC/BRIM migration objects sufficient to track workstream progress and identify risks
* Familiarity with SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMOM) and standard SAP migration approaches
* Strong understanding of mock migration cycles and cutover planning processes
* Proven ability to coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams in a large, complex program environment
* Proficiency with JIRA, SmartSheets, and Google Workspace for tracking and reporting

Preferred Qualifications:
* SAP certification in Data Migration or S/4HANA Finance
* Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations at scale (100+ company codes, 50+ countries)
* Familiarity with SAP ODI (Order Distribution Infrastructure) and BRIM architecture
* Knowledge of regional data compliance requirements (GDPR, SOX, India GST, Italy SDI, Poland KSeF)
* Prior experience in a public company readiness (PCR) or IPO-readiness transformation context
