Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking an OTC BRIM Architect with deep expertise in SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) to lead the design and implementation of subscription-based billing and revenue management solutions for a large-scale, multi-country SAP S/4 HANA transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end architecture design for SAP BRIM solution covering Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Mediation (CM), and Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR)
* Define integration architecture between BRIM modules and other SAP components (FICA, FI, CO, SD) and external systems
* Design data models and process flows for subscription-based billing, usage-based billing, and revenue recognition
* Create Key Design Decisions (KDDs) and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) for governance and approval
* Ensure alignment to SAP Clean Core principles - no custom code, leverage standard APIs, BTP extensions, and BRFplus for business rules
* Design Subscription Order Management (SOM) architecture for multi-country, multi-currency subscription contracts with varying billing cycles
* Architect Convergent Invoicing (CI) solution for aggregating billable items from multiple sources and generating invoices
* Design Convergent Charging (CC) for usage-based billing scenarios including rating, pricing, and charge plan configuration
* Architect Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR) solution to ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards
* Design FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) integration for subscription billing and collections
* Define Order Distribution Infrastructure (ODI)

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management)
* Proven experience architecting and implementing at least 2 full lifecycle S/4 HANA BRIM projects (not just ECC SD)

Deep expertise in the following BRIM modules:
* Subscription Order Management (SOM) - product modeling, provider contracts, business partner setup
* Convergent Invoicing (CI) - billable item aggregation, invoice generation, FICA integration
* Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR) - IFRS 15/ASC 606 compliance, performance obligations, SSP allocation
* Convergent Charging (CC) - rating, charge plans, pricing rules (preferred but not mandatory)
* Convergent Mediation (CM) - usage data ingestion and mediation (preferred but not mandatory)

Required experience with:
* SAP BRIM (SOM, CI, RAR, CC, CM)
* SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting & Reporting)
* FICA (Contract Accounts)
* SAP S/4 HANA architecture
* SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
* BTP (Business Technology Platform)
* BRFplus (Business Rules Framework)
* ODI (Order Distribution Infrastructure)

Preferred experience with:
* SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) in S/4
* SAP FI/CO integration
* ABAP on HANA, CDS views

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
