Role Overview
In this role, the Client Processor will perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions. The position involves providing analytics and reporting services, with a focus on improving and automating transaction processing systems. The role also includes advising teams to ensure timely service delivery and participating in product development and system testing for high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
- Provide analytics and reporting services to improve and automate transaction processing systems.
- Advise organizational units and teams to ensure timely delivery of service and resolution of issues.
- Participate in product development, enhancement, and system testing to ensure efficient processing of high-value transactions.
Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Experience: A total of 3-5 years of work experience is preferred.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with technical applications, including Microsoft Office applications like Word, is required.
General Skills:- Detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
- Prior loan operations experience in a financial service setting is preferred.
- Applicable local or regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is $22.50 per hour. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance options.
