About the Role

In this contingent assignment, you will support Agile delivery teams by applying Scrum best practices, facilitating team ceremonies, and helping remove obstacles that impact delivery. You'll work on moderately complex initiatives, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, improve processes, and ensure teams deliver high-quality results at scale.
Responsibilities
  • Support and guide Agile teams in the execution of moderately complex projects or deliverables.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensuring teams adhere to Agile principles and continuously improve.
  • Review and analyze challenges within the team environment; assess multiple factors to determine optimal solutions.
  • Contribute to planning efforts for larger initiatives related to Scrum team performance and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal client personnel to address issues, align priorities, and maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Identify impediments and partner with others to efficiently resolve them, fostering a productive and healthy team culture.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience working in Scrum or Agile environments, demonstrated through one or more of the following:
    • Professional work experience
    • Consulting experience
    • Relevant training or certifications
    • Military experience
    • Education related to Agile methodologies
