Senior Fixed Asset Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fixed Asset Accountant to manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with US GAAP/IFRS standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage fixed asset capitalization, depreciation, disposals, transfers, and write-offs.

• Maintain fixed asset registers and perform general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Monitor CAPEX, capital projects, and Construction Work-in-Progress (CWIP).

• Support physical fixed asset audits and resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports, KPIs, and variance analysis.

• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and accounting policies.

• Collaborate with finance teams and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 4+ years of accounting experience, specifically in fixed asset accounting.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, depreciation, and capitalization.

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and INDEX/MATCH.

• Strong analytical, communication, and reconciliation skills.
