Role Overview- Apex is supporting the Army Edge Cloud Computing (AECC) initiative and is seeking a Cybersecurity Policy Administrator to help maintain and enforce cybersecurity governance across mission-critical systems. This role supports compliance, audits, and policy alignment within a secure DoD environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and compliance frameworks
- Coordinate audits, evidence collection, and governance documentation
- Partner with engineering and program teams to align security policies with operational needs
- Support classified environments requiring SIPR access
- Ensure adherence to DoD and Army cybersecurity requirements
Required Qualifications- Candidates must be capable of acquiring/maintaining an Active Secret clearance (SIPR access required)
- Bachelor's degree and Security+ certification (required prior to start)
- Experience supporting cybersecurity governance, compliance, or policy administration
- Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity frameworks and audit processes
