Role Overview

This is a high-impact Salesforce Developer role on a global sales platform. You will be building complex, enterprise-scale solutions around account hierarchy, governance, and automation. Working directly with architects, you will help modernize a platform used across the organization's global sales team. This position offers a mix of hands-on engineering and strategic exposure within a team that is maturing its engineering practices and focusing on data governance, automation, and Salesforce-native innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Lightning Web Components (LWC), including a hierarchy-wide "Roster Explorer" to surface team assignments across complex account hierarchies.
  • Develop and optimize bulkified and governor-limit-aware Apex classes (Batch, Queueable, Schedulable, Triggers) to support high-volume automation for tasks like opportunity reassignments and account status realignments.
  • Write complex, bulkified SOQL queries to traverse parent-child account hierarchies and support governance rule validation across large datasets.
  • Build and extend complex Salesforce Flows, including Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Approval Orchestrations to support guided data modification requests and approval routing.
  • Implement a flexible, admin-maintainable governance rules engine using Custom Metadata Types to enforce roster uniqueness and business rules.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Owners on data modeling, scalability patterns, and performance optimization for enterprise-scale features.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve defects, ensuring all custom code meets minimum test coverage requirements and is clean and maintainable.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development with a strong emphasis on programmatic solutions.
  • Demonstrated production experience developing complex Lightning Web Components (LWC), including the use of wire adapters and imperative Apex calls.
  • Hands-on experience developing Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Trigger frameworks in orgs with complex data models and large data volumes.
  • Proven ability to write complex SOQL queries that support multi-object traversal and large-dataset operations.
  • Experience building and extending Salesforce Flows, including screen flows with guided user experiences and record-triggered automations.
  • Experience working with Custom Metadata Types to drive configurable application behavior.
  • Polished and articulate communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience participating in Agile development teams and writing technical documentation.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
  • Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce GraphQL Wire Adapters in LWC for efficient data retrieval.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, GitLab).
  • Experience developing solutions on Sales Cloud or Experience Cloud.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
