Role Overview: This Financial Systems & Processes Analyst role focuses primarily on supporting Workday Financials. It serves as the day-to-day liaison between Accounting, Finance, IT, HRIS, and external vendors, ensuring financial processes, reporting, and system functionality within Workday run smoothly. The role supports end users across core accounting functions (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Treasury, etc.), troubleshoots issues, improves workflows, and translates business needs into system or reporting enhancements. It is highly visible and requires strong communication skills alongside accounting and systems experience.
