Tracks communication execution and supports measurement of effectiveness (e.g., distribution metrics, feedback, engagement indicators).

Analyzes and synthesizes information from technical, business, and project sources to produce clear and concise communications.

Maintains documentation of communications plans, schedules, and artifacts.

Performs additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Performance Expectations

Demonstrates strong written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex or technical information.

Effectively prioritizes and manages multiple communications efforts across concurrent IT initiatives.

Establishes and maintains productive working relationships with IT teams, business partners, and communications stakeholders.

Demonstrates sound judgment when handling sensitive, confidential, or change-related information.

Continuously builds knowledge of IT, change management practices, and enterprise communications standards.

Attends work regularly and complies with company policies and procedures, including workplace safety requirements.

Monitors and adheres to all compliance requirements relevant to the role.

Qualifications

Must be a college student, sophomore, or higher standing, currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, English, business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Must be able to work May-August 2026 with potential to continute through the school year.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
