Job Description

- Deep Mainframe Expertise: Strong experience in IBM z/OS, COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and overall mainframe system architecture and operations.

- Architecture & Integration Skills: Ability to design scalable enterprise solutions, modernize legacy systems, and integrate mainframe with cloud, APIs, and distributed platforms.

- Performance, Security & Reliability: Expertise in system tuning, workload management, high availability, disaster recovery, and security frameworks like RACF.

- Leadership & Experience: 10+ years in mainframe environments with proven leadership, stakeholder communication, and ability to drive strategic technology decisions.
