Title:Voice Services Telecom / UC Engineer Location: Quincy, MA 3 days a week onsite and 2 days remote Length: 6 months to start Summary: Client has a senior Voice Engineer who is retiring within the next month.Essentially need someone to replace her and contracting is the quickest route.Experience in MS Teams and IVR are at the forefront. Some Avaya knowledge is helpful.They will be working alongside another voice engineer.

5-7 years of experience as a Voice Telecom UC EngineerResponsible for MS Teams architecture, installs, maintenance, etc.Testing and validatuon of servicesMust have proven experience with MS Teams Voice, IP Tele, PBX, etc.MS Teams ConsoleSIP, Number porting.This is a hybrid opportunity in Boston - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote - local candidates only.No 3rd Party Vendor calls/emails or candidates.
