Position: SAP STP/MM Business Analyst

Location: 8020 Park Lane, Dallas TX (or) Houston, TX

Job Description

We are seeking a senior-level SAP STP/MM   Business Analyst, combining deep functional expertise with strong technical acumen. This individual will lead end-to-end solution design, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence across procurement and materials management processes.

Location preference is Dallas, but we will consider Houston.  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders across Source-to-Pay (STP) and MM processes
• Translate complex business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Design, configure, and optimize SAP MM/STP solutions aligned with best practices
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams (ABAP, integrations, data)
• Drive end-to-end project lifecycle: blueprinting, design, build, testing, and deployment
• Manage and prioritize multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutions
• Oversee integration points with other SAP modules (FI, SD, WM, etc.)
• Support data migration, system enhancements, and interface development
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and production support
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on MM/STP
• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in SAP environments
• Deep understanding of procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP configuration and functional design
• Strong knowledge of integrations (IDocs, APIs, middleware)
• Experience working on S/4HANA implementations or migrations
• Ability to create detailed documentation (BRDs, FSDs, TSDs)
