Title: Computer & Network Technician
Work Location: Dorchester, MA
Job Type: 6 Months Contract-To-Hire

Responsibilities:
The Network/Computer Technician will plan, coordinate, and direct research and facilitate the computer-related activities of the location. They will help determine both technical and business goals in consultation with senior management and the Corporate IT teams and make detailed plans for the accomplishment of these goals.
Position requires individual to be able to travel frequently to company locations within the Boston area. Individual must be willing to work in a fast-paced, occasionally stressful environment. The operations of client are 24 hours per day X 7 days per week so occasional evening, weekend and holiday work may also be required to meet deadlines or meet support needs. Position will also require individual to be on-call 24 hours per day.
Experience Required:
• Three (3) years of work experience in IT environments as a systems analyst, computer support specialist, network administrator, programmer, phone system support and/or other information technology professional.
• Experience with WAN, LAN, and WLAN technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft, networks, and WiFi.
Education, Licensing, and Certifications Required:
• Bachelor''s Degree in MIS, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Valid driver''s license.
