We are looking for Technical Project Manager - Hybrid for our client in Frisco, TX.

Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Job Location: Frisco, TX

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $65.00hr - $70.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
  • 5+ years managing SAP HR, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, or SAP S/4HANA projects.
  • Experience delivering large-scale ERP transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of HR-related SAP S/4HANA initiatives.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate activities across HR, IT, SAP Functional, Infrastructure, Security, and Vendor teams.
  • Drive governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support implementation and integration of SAP S/4HANA with HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Workday, or other HR applications.
  • Manage HR business process transformation initiatives including Employee Master Data, Organizational Management, Payroll Integration, Time Management, Talent Management, Recruitment and Onboarding.
  • Ensure alignment between HR processes and S/4HANA capabilities.
  • Lead technical design discussions and integration planning.
  • Oversee HR system integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Finance, Identity Management, and third-party applications.
  • Coordinate technical environment readiness, testing, deployment, and cutover activities.
  • Work with architects to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
  • Manage HR data migration strategy and execution.
  • Coordinate data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and conversion activities.
  • Oversee SIT, UAT, Performance Testing, and Go-Live readiness assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Drive issue resolution across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Support organizational change management, training, and adoption activities.
