Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating reporting needs into clear requirements. The focus will be on improving efficiency by identifying gaps, eliminating redundancies, and standardizing workflows to enable faster delivery of high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities: - Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Convert evolving reporting needs into clear, actionable requirements aligned with regulatory and enterprise objectives
- Improve efficiency by identifying gaps, eliminating redundancies, and standardizing workflows
- Enable faster delivery and scalable, high-quality solutions
Requirements: - Strong ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
- Proven stakeholder and project management experience across business and technology teams
- Process analysis skills to identify inefficiencies and drive optimization
- Solid understanding of Agile / SDLC practices
- Clear, concise documentation and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability
- Awareness of regulatory and compliance requirements
- Domain experience in financial services or risk data
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Exposure to managed Agile delivery process (Jira, backlog, sprint planning)
Desired skills: - Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile
- Experience with Python, PL/SQL, or JAVA
Pay range: $43.56 - $51.56 per hour
