Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

. Lead the design, implementation, and management of cybersecurity strategies, policies, and frameworks.

• Oversee security operations including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Monitor and assess cybersecurity risks and threats; develop mitigation and remediation plans.
• Collaborate with IT, risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure alignment on security requirements and practices.
• Manage cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, endpoint protection, firewalls, and identity/access management solutions.
• Conduct regular security assessments, audits, and penetration tests.
• Lead incident response and forensic investigations when security breaches occur.
• Stay current with evolving threat landscapes and emerging security technologies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST, or other applicable frameworks.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the cybersecurity team and broader IT teams.
• Report regularly to senior management on security metrics, risk status, and security incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Strong understanding of network, system, and application security.
• Experience with threat modeling, risk assessment, and security architecture design.
• Expertise in security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, EDR, firewalls).
• Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
