Business analyst:

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of three years working as a business analyst, communicating and working within cross departmental teams and end users.
A minimum of five years using Agile Scrum methodology and experience with Azure Devops creating and managing Product backlog item.
A minimum of eight years with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, Workflows and AS-is/To-Be and Gap analysis.
A minimum of eight years coordinating business users and technical staff to help analyze and define future needs and operations based upon use case and analysis of alternatives.
A minimum of eight years with functional manual testing and writing test cases.
A minimum of three years with conducting scrum ceremonies and handling impediments.
A minimum of five years with Microsoft Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio.
A minimum of two years of experience working with Healthcare Industry and the associated security requirements.
A minimum of Certified Scrum Master (CSM) by Scrum Alliance.
A minimum of three years with SQL quires and understanding of relational databases.

Responsibilities:

SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
As directed by the Department lead and assist Department staff in business requirements gathering sessions (JADs).
As directed by the Department work closely with customers, stakeholders, and IT software developers to document business requirements.
As directed by the Department develop as-is, to-be, and other required business analysis documentation.
As directed by the Department develop and lead implementation of business process improvement recommendations.
As directed by the Department serve as a Scrum Master and head the scrum ceremonies.
As directed by the Department follow a standard set of practices that ensure the integrity and quality of project artifacts.
As directed by the Department manage the expectations of diverse stakeholders and provide briefings to Client Leadership.
As directed by the Department work independently as part of a larger cross-functional team.
As directed by the Department provide status reports and management briefings.
As directed by the Department correspond (verbally and in written formats) with project teams, internal stakeholders regarding project activities, deliverables, and status.
As directed by the Department work with DCHP resources to standardize collection and storage of DCHP shared data.
