Enterprise Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of an Enterprise Architect.

Responsibilities:
* Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, principles, and technology roadmaps
* Lead architecture review processes to assess technology investments, integrations, and platform changes
* Assess current-state architecture, identify gaps and technical debt, and drive modernization initiatives
* Provide architectural oversight and guidance across enterprise systems, projects, and teams
* Serve as architectural authority for ERP, MES, EQMS, Workday HCM, LIMS, and related platforms
* Own AWS cloud architecture strategy, including security, resilience, and compliance requirements
* Define enterprise integration and data architecture patterns to support scalability, analytics, and traceability
* Act as a trusted advisor to IT and business leadership, communicating architectural direction, risks, and tradeoffs

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 8-12+ years of IT experience, including 3-5+ years in enterprise or solution architecture roles
* Proven experience architecting enterprise solutions across applications, cloud infrastructure, and data platforms
* Hands-on architecture or design experience with Oracle Fusion (ERP, SCM, or Finance) and/or other major ERP platforms
* Strong expertise in AWS cloud services, cloud architecture patterns, and enterprise integration (APIs, event-driven, middleware, ETL/ELT)
* Solid understanding of data architecture, including data governance, MDM, data modeling, and analytics platforms
* Ability to develop and communicate architectural roadmaps and strategies to senior stakeholders
* Experience in regulated environments (medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical) with knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11, SOX, ISO 13485, and GDPR
* Experience with manufacturing and quality systems (MES, EQMS, LIMS), Workday HCM integrations, data platforms (e.g., Redshift), and digital transformation initiatives preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
