Job Description
The Client seeks a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery and sprint cadence. Owns Agile execution, team facilitation, backlog health, audit-ready ADO tracking, delivery flow, workflow visibility and reporting, and continuous improvement using Azure DevOps.
Key Deliverables
<>1. Backlog Structure & Work Item Hygiene
- Epics, features, user stories, tasks
- Properly defined acceptance criteria
- States that reflect actual delivery lifecycle (New → Active → Resolved → Closed)
- Automated or semi-automated traceability (e.g., pipeline run links, repo commits)
<>2. Sprint Backlogs & Sprint Plans
- Refined user stories meeting Definition of Ready
- Estimated story points (team-owned)
- Committed backlog for the sprint
- Sprint goal(s) articulated and recorded
<>3. Live Dashboards & Reports
- Burndown and burn-up charts
- Flow efficiency metrics
- Throughput and velocity tracking
- Blocker frequency and severity reports
- Cumulative flow diagrams
- Team capacity tracking and planning
<>4. Audit-Ready Traceability Chain
- Epics → Features → User Stories → Tasks → Pull Requests → Pipelines → Releases
- Documented validation and acceptance
- Versioning captured through ADO work items
- High-fidelity history for audits or retrospectives

- Testing and validation evidence
- Documentation updates (if required)
- Linked pipeline runs

Responsibilities
- Enable predictable, high-quality Agile delivery by ensuring the team operates efficiently, impediments are removed, and all work is auditable and traceable in Azure DevOps (ADO).
