RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Minneapolis, MN that is seeking a UX Architect. We are hiring a mid-to-senior UX Designer (5-10 years of experience). This role requires an end-to-end product designer who can lead work from discovery through design and delivery within a structured, Agile environment.
This role is focused on credit card servicing experiences across:
* Online banking (web)
* Native mobile apps
Duties:
* Design servicing experiences for partner (white-label) card programs
* Work within scrum teams: Quarterly planning; Monthly releases; 2-week sprints
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage work in Jira
* Write and track design stories
* Collaborate across: product, engineering, risk, business, accessibility, and design
* Carry work through: discovery, concepting, design, review, handoff
* Maintains extremely clean, organized files
* Work is structured so others can easily pick it up without explanation
* Designs within existing platforms and patterns
* Avoids unnecessary reinvention
* Proactively researches existing solutions across teams, and aligns with other designers and systems
* Designs with accessibility in mind from the start
* Incorporates A11Y into design decisions, not as an afterthought
* Works beyond their immediate team to align design approaches, and ensure consistency across platforms
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-10 years of UX/product design experience
* Strong Figma and design system experience
* Proven file organization discipline
* Agile/Scrum experience
* Accessibility experience
* Discovery and problem-framing experience
* Comfortable working within structured, cross-functional environments
* Jira experience
* Strong problem solver (discovery-driven)
* Uses discovery to define the right problem before designing
* Comfortable facilitating or contributing to discovery sessions
* Can translate insights into clear design direction
* Advanced Figma and file organization experience
* Highly proficient in Figma and design systems
* Strong in: Wireframe organization, Component usage, Documentation for handoff
* Demonstrates strong systems thinking
* Experienced working in scrum teams
* Comfortable with sprint planning and timelines, managing work in Jira, and delivering against team commitments
* Able to collaborate with accessibility partners
* Strong communicator who can explain design rationale and navigate feedback from multiple stakeholders
Nice-to-Have:
* Banking/fintech/regulated industry experience
* Servicing or account management experiences
* White-label/multi-brand platform experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
