Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented Life Sciences (Pharma) Sales Hunters to drive new business growth across pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences organizations.

This role is focused on identifying and acquiring new clients, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling of IT services, digital transformation, data, cloud, AI/ML, engineering, and enterprise technology solutions within the Life Sciences domain.

The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the Pharma/Life Sciences industry and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition within pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences accounts.
  • Identify, qualify, and close enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Build relationships with business and technology stakeholders, including CXOs and decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and leadership teams to create customized client solutions.
  • Lead proposal discussions, RFP/RFI responses, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across Life Sciences accounts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation initiatives in Pharma/Life Sciences.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Life Sciences/Pharma sales or business development.
  • Proven experience in hunting and acquiring new clients.
  • Strong understanding of Pharma, Biotech, or Life Sciences business processes.
  • Experience selling IT services, consulting, digital transformation, cloud, AI/ML, data analytics, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage the full sales lifecycle.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network within Pharma/Life Sciences organizations in the USA.
  • Experience working with offshore/global delivery models.
  • Exposure to regulated environments such as GxP, FDA, or clinical systems is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
