Detailed Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Architect to lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise-wide IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Operational Resilience.
The architect will be responsible for defining solution architecture, establishing governance standards, overseeing integrations, ensuring platform scalability, and delivering risk and compliance solutions aligned with business, regulatory, and operational resilience requirements. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, compliance teams, auditors, security teams, and technical teams to build and maintain a robust ServiceNow IRM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions.
Architect and deploy Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, TPRM, and Operational Resilience modules.
Define IRM roadmaps, governance standards, and best practices.
Conduct solution design workshops and review business requirements.
Create architecture and technical design documentation.
Guide development teams during configuration, development, and deployment activities.
Design and oversee integrations with enterprise systems.
Implement Operational Resilience capabilities, including business service mapping, dependency modeling, resilience testing, and impact tolerance assessments.
Perform architecture reviews, code reviews, and platform performance assessments.
Support risk, audit, and compliance reporting requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
