Role Description: 

• As the ServiceNow Integration Lead Developer, you will take ownership of designing and implementing a robust, bidirectional REST integration between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Your primary responsibility will be to architect and deliver seamless integrations, leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow development, IntegrationHub, and the App Engine.
• You will be expected to work independently, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring that integration patterns are optimized for performance and reliability.
• In this role, you will guide the development roadmap, making key decisions on integration architecture and best practices.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, ServiceNow integration patterns, and hands-on experience with ServiceNow’s integration tools will be essential.
• Exposure to Mules or similar middleware platforms will be highly advantageous, as it will allow you to bridge complex systems efficiently.
• Your ability to mentor team members, troubleshoot integration issues, and deliver high-quality solutions will be critical to the success of the project.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of bi-directional ServiceNow

REST integrations

• Architect integration solutions using ServiceNow IntegrationHub and App Engine
• Develop and implement integration patterns to connect ServiceNow with external systems
• Guide and mentor development teams on ServiceNow integration best practices
• Independently deliver high-quality integration solutions from concept to deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine the integration roadmap
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently

Bonus: Leverage experience with MuleSoft to enhance integration capabilities
