Summary

We are seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer with strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM implementations. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and support of ServiceNow solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, CSDM, AIOps, and observability integrations.

Required Skills:

5+ years of application development experience with 3+ years in ServiceNow ITOM/ITSM
Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and MID Servers
Experience integrating ServiceNow with Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar monitoring tools
Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide scripting skills
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Flow Designer
Knowledge of CSDM, CMDB governance, and ITIL best practices
ServiceNow CIS-ITOM certification required (CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping, or CAD preferred)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
