Job Title: Project Manager – Infrastructure

Location: Toronto, Canada

Position Summary

The Project Manager – Infrastructure is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering infrastructure projects that support airport operations. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, while meeting safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects (initiation to closure)
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, operations, and external vendors
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
Manage procurement processes, vendor selection, and contract execution
Oversee change management and ensure proper documentation and approvals

Stakeholder & Communication Management

Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
Facilitate meetings, presentations, and progress reviews
Communicate effectively with senior leadership and external partners
Align project outcomes with operational and strategic priorities

Financial & Governance Responsibilities

Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls
Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and reporting standards
Track KPIs, milestones, and project performance metrics

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, or related field
7–12+ years of experience in infrastructure project management
Experience managing large-scale, complex projects in regulated environments
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
