Job Title: Windchill PLM Scrum Master

Role Descriptions:

• As Windchill PLM Scrum Master having strong expertise in PTC Windchill PLM systems to lead agile Deliveries,

• As Windchill PLM scrum master, Lead core Agile ceremonies in team environments like Daily Stand-up, Story Refinement & Estimations, Sprint Planning, & Sprint Retrospectives

• Collaborate and communicate expectations, team performance, and continuously build team comradery among the team members across the Scrum team

• Ability to engage and manage relationships with various stakeholders, including product owners, team members, and external partners.

• Strong Experience in Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence.

• Strong experience as Windchill PLM Scrum master to improve the management of project backlog and removed impediments for engineers by having priorities established and publicized for others in Organization to view

• Deep understanding of SaFe Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

• Basic understanding of software development processes, Agile engineering practices, DevOps and Windchill PLM Domain etc.

• Knowledge of Agile methodology: User Story management, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, tasks and capacity planning etc.

• Strong ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) .

• Ability to foresee upcoming risks, impediments and guide the Scrum Team to achieve the resolution.

• Continually coach the Scrum teams to understand how achieving sprint goals affects the entire Release Train

• Emphasize metrics with Scrum teams each sprint to achieve 100% completion of committed stories

• Ensure stories are properly scoped, documented, readied, and prioritized to be worked on by the Scrum teams working on Windchill PLM Domain .

• On a Quarterly basis create plans for the upcoming Program Increment, consisting of various iterations. This entails calculating team capacity, monitoring team velocity, managing team load and working with Product

• Owner on where to prioritize each requested Story in the iterations

• Deliver successful Product Releases to Production as scheduled throughout the year. To achieve this part of Scrum Master role includes managing competing priorities, new requests, production issues, & ensuring all compliance documentation is completed and approved prior to release of product to production environment across multiple teams as the primary point person responsible for the Production Release success

• Actively take part in Scrum of Scrums with other Scrum Masters to increase effectiveness of Scrum application throughout organization

• Any other PLM and medical device industry is a value addition.
   

Preferred Knowledge| Skills and Abilities:

• Experience in PLM environments| preferably with PTC Windchill (strong grasp of Change Control process)Exposure to data domains such as master data| migration validation| or data governance"
