Senior Director Shared Services (Enterprise Platforms)

Location: Remote (U.S.) + Occasional Travel

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Director of Shared Services to lead enterprise platform operations supporting Digital Customer Experience teams including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

This role will oversee enterprise systems, integrations, and automation initiatives across platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion Applications, and Oracle E-Business Suite, while driving enterprise integration and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale shared services teams responsible for enterprise platforms, integrations, and automation.

  • Manage enterprise systems including Salesforce, Oracle Fusion Applications, and Oracle E-Business Suite.

  • Oversee integration architecture using platforms such as Dell Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Solace PubSub+.

  • Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements in platform operations, testing, and monitoring.

  • Partner with business teams across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.


Required Experience

  • 12+ years in enterprise technology leadership, enterprise applications, or platform operations.

  • Experience managing enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion Applications, or Oracle E-Business Suite.

  • Experience with integration platforms like Dell Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud, or other middleware technologies.

  • Proven ability to build and lead enterprise shared services or platform operations teams.

  • Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation or automation initiatives.


Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting CX technology ecosystems (Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations).

  • Exposure to AI-enabled automation or platform monitoring tools.

  • Experience working with systems integrators and consulting partners.
