  • Identify adoption barriers (process gaps, UX issues, training needs, etc.)
  • Drive initiatives that improve user experience, efficiency, and trust in IAM services
Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology teams (Big 4-style consulting mindset)
  • Translate technical IAM concepts into business-friendly solutions
  • Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and decision-making discussions
  • Influence stakeholders and recommend best practices
IAM Operations Leadership
  • Oversee IAM-related incident triage and resolution coordination
  • Drive root cause analysis and systemic improvements
  • Optimize IAM processes to reduce:
    • Access delays
    • Approval bottlenecks
    • Support tickets
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a bridge between business teams, IAM engineering, and cybersecurity
  • Translate business needs into actionable improvements for engineering teams
  • Ensure alignment with risk, compliance, and security standards
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Proven ability to operate in a consultative, advisory role
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (business + technical teams)
  • Background in IAM operations, service management, or platform adoption
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Big 4 or similar consulting environments
  • Familiarity with modern IAM platforms (Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD, etc.)
  • Experience driving organizational change and technology adoption
  • Understanding of cybersecurity and risk frameworks
What Success Looks Like
  • Increased adoption and effective use of IAM solutions
  • Improved user satisfaction and experience
  • Reduced access-related issues and resolution times
  • Streamlined and optimized IAM processes
  • Strong collaboration across business, engineering, and cybersecurity teams
Key Skills
  • IAM Strategy & Operations
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Change Management & Adoption
  • Problem Solving & Process Improvement
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
Why This Role

This is a unique opportunity to function as:
  • 50% IAM Operations Leader
  • 30% Internal Consultant
  • 20% Technical SME

You'll have a direct impact on how identity services are experienced across the organization, helping drive both security and business efficiency.
