Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Organizational Change Analyst to support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by driving successful organizational change and user adoption. The ideal candidate will develop and execute change management strategies that prepare business stakeholders for changes in processes, technology, organizational structures, and job roles. This individual will partner with project managers, business leaders, executive sponsors, communications, and training teams to ensure employees are engaged, prepared, and equipped to embrace change while minimizing resistance and maximizing adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies for enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to evaluate the effect of business process, technology, workflow, and organizational changes.
  • Facilitate business process workshops to understand current and future state processes.
  • Develop stakeholder analysis, engagement, and communication plans to support successful change adoption.
  • Collaborate with Communications and Training teams to create targeted messaging, end-user training programs, and learning materials.
  • Design and execute organizational readiness assessments and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Develop resistance management plans and coach leaders to address employee concerns effectively.
  • Partner with Project Managers to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders.
  • Establish Change Champion networks to reinforce organizational awareness and support adoption.
  • Track change adoption, utilization, readiness, and proficiency using KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Prepare executive reports highlighting project status, adoption metrics, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to project teams, managers, and sponsors on change management best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and organizational change sessions.
  • Continuously improve change management processes, methodologies, communications, and training standards.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, change management frameworks, and emerging technologies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Business, Behavioral Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) or Business Transformation.
  • Experience developing and implementing enterprise change management strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience conducting stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness assessments.
  • Experience creating communication, coaching, training, and resistance management plans.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across all organizational levels.
  • Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related discipline.
  • Prosci Organizational Change Management Certification.
  • Experience working with consulting organizations.
  • Experience supporting Higher Education, Healthcare, Academic Medical Centers, or large enterprise organizations.
  • Experience leading enterprise digital transformation or ERP implementation projects.
