Key Responsibilities

• Managed multiple customer transition and migration projects from kickoff to successful go-live.
• Led data migration activities, including legacy system transitions, API integrations, and technical implementation.
• Served as the technical point of contact during customer and vendor integration discussions.
• Collaborated with engineering, product, customer success, and offshore teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identified technical risks, maintained documentation, and communicated project updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience leading platform or system migrations — experience with large-scale migrations from a single source platform is a strong advantage
• Deep expertise in batch and REST API design, integration patterns, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL Server — database design, querying, and migration tooling
• .NET development experience (C# preferred) for integration and platform work
• Infrastructure-as-code experience using Terraform for environment provisioning and management
• Hands-on AWS experience across core services (ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda, VPC, IAM, etc.)
• Familiarity with Claude Code and AI-assisted development workflows (Claude Skills)
• Experience in the med-tech or healthcare technology sector, including familiarity with relevant compliance standards (HL7, FHIR, HIPAA)
• Strong project management instincts — ability to juggle competing priorities without sacrificing quality

Nice to have Qualifications

• Prior customer-facing consulting, implementation, or solutions engineering background
• Experience working in agile delivery environments with distributed teams
• Experience handling fast paced, complicated projects and environments
