Summary

Our Client seeks an organizational Change Management Manager to develop change management capabilities for the Enterprise with the goal of maximizing adoption of delivered technologies. The manager will be responsible for managing Client portfolio of organizational change initiatives, managing and on-boarding new staff on internal change management tools and best practices, and leading change management efforts throughout the company. This role will partner with HR leaders and project teams to assess change impacts, develop clear communication and engagement plans, and support adoption across key stakeholder groups. The Change Manager will create practical tools and resources to help leaders and associates navigate the transition while ensuring alignment with broader HR priorities driving awareness, readiness, and adoption to enable smooth implementation.

Change & Engagement Lead responsibilities will include but are not limited to the below:

• Partner with the Client business team, various business departments, IT, the enterprise, and vendor partners to establish and facilitate the Client change strategy with a focus on the successful understanding, readiness, and adoption of the Client initiative.

• Develop, manage, and secure approval of Change Strategy, Roadmap and Communication Plan and help integrate into the overall project plan.

• Influence the Client level communication and engagement strategy that will both inform and excite Client associates through multiple channels including the facilitation site, newsletter, videos, digital materials, events, and more.

• Support the Client with the planning and development of their change and training plan, materials, and network for their specific track.

• Lead and coordinate change management meetings and workshops

• Develop key change materials including assessments, metrics/analysis, presentations, messages, etc.

• Influence learning opportunities and training materials to support the success and adoption of the Client initiative.

• Collect feedback / sentiment through assessments, surveys, and focus groups

• Measure change success (adoption, lessons learned)

• Collaborate and support pre-go live readiness and go-live support activities

• Provide guidance and support for reinforcement and sustainment activities

• Conduct regular Client leadership pulse checks to gage the level of understanding, readiness for change, and adoption of new ways of working and systems across Client.

• Quickly adjust to feedback incorporating it into the change and training strategies.

• Influence change network strategy and assist in the facilitation of meaningful change network meetings.

• Collaborate with leaders across Client to identify, onboard, and coach change network.

• Influence change and adoption across all levels within Client.

• Partner with Communications Manager to influence engaging communications and support meaningful events.

• Serve as strategic thought leader and primary point of contact to help departments and associates navigate change.

• Serve as a trusted and energetic team member.

 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor''s degree required

• 7+ years of change management lead experience required

• Combination of organizational, business, and technology project experience preferred.

Prosci Change Practitioner certification required

• CCMP certification preferred

• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization

• Exceptional collaboration, influence, and relationship building skillsets

• Ability to think strategically and problem solve

• Strong executive presence and ability to navigate ambiguity

• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task

• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment that is fast while maintaining strong attention to detail

• Can learn and adjust on the fly

• General understanding of the automotive industry a plus

Ability to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week and additional days as requested

• Ability to travel as needed
