| 5 | Required | Designed, Developed, and implemented Integrations inbound/outbound with ServiceNow using Azure AD, Trusted Sources for SSO, Mid server, web services REST/SOAP, email and other relevant technologies |
| 4 | Required | Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing used when leading ServiceNow implementation activities, presenting to leadership, and training less experienced staff |
| 8 | Preferred | Industry and project experience with ServiceNow |
| 5 | Preferred | ServiceNow System Administrator and/or and Implementation Specialist certification |
| 5 | Preferred | Technical Documentation including Technical Design, Implementation, and Configuration Plans |
