We are seeking an Associate Contracts Manager to support a high-volume Research Contracts / MTA program managing up to 400 Material Transfer Agreements annually in a fast-paced biotech research environment.


What You ll Do

  • Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Outgoing MTAs (70 110 active at a time)
  • Coordinate with scientists, legal teams, academic partners & internal operations
  • Handle high-volume email & rapid contract processing with precision
  • Track and update real-time MTA data in systems/databases
  • Support shipping, documentation, and import/export coordination
  • Ensure accurate execution, filing, and post-contract completion

What You Bring

  • Bachelor s in scientific discipline (preferred)
  • 2-4 years in biotech, pharma, university, or contracts environment
  • Familiarity with MTAs, legal agreements, or research materials
  • Strong understanding of scientific terms (DNA, plasmids, antibodies, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, organization & multitasking skills
  • Experience with databases + MS Office + Google Workspace
