Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst (C++) to analyze, enhance, and support enterprise software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C++ development, system analysis, software design, and troubleshooting complex applications. The role requires close collaboration with business users, developers, QA teams, and project stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements to develop technical solutions.
• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications using C++.
• Perform system analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for new enhancements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Develop technical specifications, design documents, and implementation plans.
• Work with databases to create and optimize SQL queries.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing.
• Collaborate with QA teams during system testing and production deployments.
• Support software releases, change management, and production implementations.
• Maintain application performance, security, and reliability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development and system analysis.
• Strong hands-on experience with C++ programming.
• Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL).
• Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multithreading and concurrent programming.
• Knowledge of STL, Boost Libraries, and Design Patterns.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with financial services, healthcare, or enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
