  • Manage vendor risk and financial aspects, developing remediation plans and escalation procedures as necessary.

  • Lead change management initiatives to facilitate adoption of new processes and tools, ensuring stakeholder buy-in through effective communication and relationship-building.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience supporting supplier management, vendor management, procurement operations, process improvement, digital transformation, or related governance initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of the supplier lifecycle, including intake, selection, onboarding, performance management, risk mitigation, compliance, renewals, and offboarding.

  • Demonstrated ability to transform manual workflows into structured, repeatable, and digital processes with clear governance, ownership, and controls.

  • Experience developing dashboards, metrics, scorecards, and reports using platforms such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, or equivalents.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.

  • Experience supporting RFI/RFP activities, statement of work development, supplier evaluations, governance forums, and performance reviews.

  • Professional credentials such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, Kotter, or equivalent certifications are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications like SAFe, CIPS/MCIPS Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply credentials are advantageous.

  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar digital platforms for project tracking and collaboration.

  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive change management and communication strategies.
