Oracle EBS Finance Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Oracle EBS Finance Consultant in Andover, MA.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Model Design (Primary Scope):
* Lead workshops to understand current-state Finance processes and gather future-state requirements
* Define and document the Finance business model, including process flows, cross-functional touchpoints, and data flows
* Recommend future-state process improvements aligned with Oracle EBS R12 capabilities
* Translate business requirements into functional designs and Oracle configuration approaches
* Partner with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to validate design feasibility
* Produce documentation such as future-state process maps, RACI models, solution options, and functional design deliverables
* Support change impacts analysis and help prepare the user community for new or updated processes
* Assist with planning for implementation phases, testing approach, and readiness milestones

Oracle EBS Functional Responsibilities:
* Provide functional leadership across Oracle EBS Finance modules: GL, SLA, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Inventory, Cost Accounting, and Consolidations
* Collaborate with Finance & IT on design, development, and deployment of Oracle R12.1.3/R12.2.x enhancements and rollouts
* Support the Finance user community with issue research, analysis, and problem resolution
* Gather and document business requirements for system changes and enhancements
* Configure Oracle EBS functionality to address Finance business needs
* Assist with testing, validation, and release activities
* Coordinate with multiple business groups to support cross-functional process integration
* Provide second-tier support and training to users

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong functional experience with Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, SLA, Intercompany, Cost, Inventory)
* Very strong in Intercompany transaction flow setups, accounting, and processing
* Strong in EBS tax setups for foreign entities especially HK and China
* Experience designing business processes or operating models within Finance
* Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation, and functional solution design
* Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
