Senior IAM Architect - Remote

Roles & Responsibilities

SailPoint IIQ (IdentityIQ) Responsibilities
  1. Develop architectural solutions for identity management using SailPoint IIQ.
  2. Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze needs and convert them to technical requirements.
  3. Lead development, customization, and implementation of SailPoint IIQ solutions.
  4. Implement various connectors and integrations across enterprise applications and systems.
  5. Facilitate Provisioning/Deprovisioning for User Lifecycle and Certification Lifecycle processes.
  6. Provide technical mentorship and drive development best practices.
  7. Design and implement rules, workflows, certifications, policies, and code customization in SailPoint.
  8. Manage project timelines, documentation, and IAM deliverables.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of IAM programs.
  10. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve SailPoint IIQ issues and production defects.
  11. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for identity management platforms.


CyberArk Responsibilities
  1. Onboard, manage, and secure privileged accounts for business units and IT teams.
  2. Perform CyberArk patching, upgrades, and ensure platform stability.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve CyberArk issues for privileged & service accounts.
  4. Lead CyberArk Secrets Management implementation and ongoing support.
  5. Support periodic audits, compliance reviews, and assurance reporting for PAM.
  6. Onboard, configure, and migrate service accounts from basic vaulting to automated password rotation.
  7. Configure CyberArk workflows, safes, access controls, and credential policies.
  8. Partner with application teams to secure credentials for applications, scripts, and automation processes.
  9. Maintain and optimize CyberArk policies and credential lifecycle.
  10. Automate privileged account onboarding workflows to reduce manual operational effort.
