Job Details

Requirements:

• Meaningful experience providing general corporate counseling to private clients
• Transactions experience (e.g., commercial contracts, governance, buyer/seller side support)
• M&A exposure welcome, but this is not a PE/fund formation-heavy role
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills across core corporate agreements
• New York bar required; New Jersey bar is a plus
• Business development interest is valued; book not required
